Hello Orange tractor enthusiasts ...hoping for some help

The small rectangle steel plate broke loose from it's position just above the hitch mount...Messicks number 67401-652013 Kubota hydraulic diagram
T-10900 "lower link" this part of the system the thing is referred to as bracket check chain. It's purpose is the center and stabilize the left and right lower links. Welds either rusted or if the spot where they attach to the pin lower link in the middle of the hitch mounting assembly, just below where the joint top link seized up.

Does it even move? If not it could be welded again (possibly)...If it is suppose to move then maybe it can be rewelded and loosened with WD.
Seems like there is the play of the up and down lift from the joint chains on each side...there is not place to grease and it sees a lot of dirt from the tiller and brush hog clippings . Really the only spot on the whole tractor with and surface rust

...any thoughts would be appreciated

yes I will but its pouring here today. The tiller needs to come off. I was able to figure out a way to connect enough to steady using the top pull bar link hole with heavy bolt to finish up the garden space. Maybe share a picture of how I did that in case someone else gets caught in the same kind of bind...a possibility for many models

Yes it needs to rotate as the three point rises.
Pull a wheel and drive out the pin, polish it up and grease well on reassembly.
Oh and be careful when reading Part #'s as I'm pretty sure you transposed #'s The P/N of the part (#30) you are referring to is 67401-65290
The arm (20) is P/N 67401-65213. ;)

If the welds are broken, any competent welder can either repair it, or make a new one. I've built many of them.

Great help, exactly what I needed to know. She had to sit and wait my rotator cuff repair 3 years come June. Like I said the only area of visible surface rust and I will clean up and repaint this scar on my 25 year old jewel

So that pin wll drive out with a big hammer with back wheel off? any kind of pin holding it in hodge? Maybe some kind of penetrating oil that might loosen the problem area/?

North Idaho Wolfman, I've been through your neighborhood headed up the Alcan... had a pile of numbers but just couldn't figure that one being 200 $
I truly appreciate you efforts here...you've got some good karma headed your way. I am not a hi dollar owner...hoping to pound that pin out because the paint is still on the broken off steel rectangular. piece..waste not want not and they have no stock and the hillside is five feet high and needs wacken asap...I'll need to pound it out of there either way...even if a back order...maybe a weld fix while waiting...nothing ever breaks when you don't need it...I'll keep updating for anyone interested

Just pins #220 hold the arms and the pin in place.
So just a little hammering, and some penetrating oil, or 50/50 mix of acetone and tranny fluid and you should be able to get it out of there. ;)

I have really learned something here...I have always kept everything well greased but have never removed the pin to grease the middle...seems like anti seize might be a good thing...acetone and tranny fluid 50/50 what a concept :D Finally have a day to get at it.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the helpful thoughts... when I get it all done and cleaned back up...I need to share a photo of this little 25 years old bejeweled work horse...Thanks!!! Lakota

what does bolt and nut 140 & 150 do.? just separation..looks like it may be against the pin...got one side of bracket to rotate but the other is frozen solid...been using pennzoil penetrating oil on the bracket...easy to see how the weld snapped with the weight of the tiller
