    ZD221 won’t start. Electrical issue

I had the same problem that my ZD221 would not start. After test all safety switches found the Brake Switch bad. That bugger is extra hard to get to but go it replaced and all is good now. Being an Electrical and Mechanical engineer I had to open the switch up to see what was inside that...

I have B7500 with almost 1000 hrs. Great tractor, starts up fast. I maintain 6 acres and have a King Kutter 4' tiller and does not have a problem handling the tiller. Have 4' brush hog and no problems there either.

"Clicking" noise in right rear wheel

    tractor supply log splitter

I was looking at the exact same route but would have to plum the hydro lines and such. Went with the Huskee 22ton log splitter on sale at $999. If you are military you get a 10%. I picked mine up for $899. If you need you can tow the splitter somewhere else and not have to drag the tractor...

    Driveway - big mess!!!!

Yea we had the same problem here too with the rain we have had. Rare for us in August here in Ark. I have to just back fill with top soil and a lot of gravel and hope to pack it down enough to stay put for a while. Have been looking a Chip and Sealing the road. Have you thought about doing that?

    Bush hog for B7510?

    ZD 326 Pivoting front axle

I guess if you are mowing lots of very flat areas the rigid would be preferred, but on my none Kubota ZTR the front axle is a pivot for a smoother ride.

    Brush hog vibration

You need new blades. When I purchased my used tractor it came with a brush hog and it had vibration issues. I pulled off the old blades and compared to the new blade I bought and boy where they worn. After the new blades installed, bingo no more vibrations.

    Can't shut off engine

My B7500 may not be the biggest or most hp or fancy but to shut the fuel I just pull a lever, no solenoids or timers or relays. Just a simple machine. OK i have on occasion forgot to push the lever back in and cannot figure why the little bugger will not start.

    Going Above Rated PTO Horsepower

Question, are you talking about a 72" FINISHING mower or a 72" BUSH HOG rotary mower? These are to total different beasts and operate with different principles. You will not able to use a 72" bush hog rotary mower with just 14hp. You will in fact work you tractor to death. If you have a...

Wanted: 4 or 5ft brush cutter, rotary mower for my B8200

I have a B7500 which is 21hp tractor and I have a 4' bush hog. With you tractor being a 19hp I would recommend only a 4' as a 5' would be way to much load on the tractor. A good rule of thumb for implement width is 5hp per foot, 19hp divides down to about 4. My 4' does not work my tractor and...

    Fuel?

Just ask the local station if they sell BioDiesel. They have to post on the pumps as to what percent if any is BioDiesel. I know at least here the stations sell off-road (red colored) diesel and about 30+ cents less. Never heard BioDiesel cloging fuel filters. OTR trucks use it with no...

    GL 3540 tiller

I have a B7500 21hp and a 48" King Kutter and that is a prefect match. When using the tiller I have not yet had the tractor bog down. Like bulldog says the KK's are heavy. I think it is about 570 lbs. BTW when I do some FEL work or use the bucket forks the tiller makes a excellent counter...
