    Abbreviations

Is there an official thread that lists abbreviations used on the forum, particularly the abbreviations used for implements and accessories? I figured out “SCwts” is suitcase weights, and “BB” is obviously box blade, but, for example, what are “4wPlow,RR,BP”?

    M5660 toolbox and chain carrier

I looked around for a better toolbox for my M5660. Couldn’t find anything that I liked better than the toolboxes on our JDs, so I ordered one and made a bracket for it that bolts to existing holes behind the seat. I can reach in the toolbox from the seat and can see over it to the rear. The tray...

    More New M5660SUHD questions

Just turned over 10 hours. Drove it on the road to another farm 2.7 miles away. Mowed with a 7 ft rotary cutter. Coming back on the road it made a high pitched sound that sounded like it was coming from the rear end. When I got home I put my hand on the rear axle housing and it was hot enough...

    Accessing instrument panel M5660

How do you access the screws that hold the “assy meter” aka instrument panel, in place on an M5660? Has to be something in addition to or other than removing the screw shown in the picture. My “meter assembly” is crooked and I would like to make it fit correctly in the dash.

Please bear with me fellows. This kind of stuff gets to me: The manual calls the round amber lights on the top of the fenders the “hazard” lights and indicates that they are turned on using button number 1 in the drawing. On my 5660 the round ambers come on when the key is turned on and button...

    Question about wiring diagrams

Hello this is my first post. I’ve had a B7100 HSTD for 25 years. On the wiring diagram, what do the labels on the wires mean? eg. A V0.5, A V2. I understand the letters at the end of the label represent the color(s) of the wires. Thanks
