    Horse drawn wagon

I live in a western Arizona town and I started my business with water trucks. I used my trusty MX5400 to reshape my front yard so now I am looking for a horse drawn wooden wagon for a yard decoration. I have a plan to make it look like an old west water wagon I figure who better to ask than a...

    Box blade as a dozer

Do you guys ever use your box blade as a dozer to push dirt? I did it yesterday to make a been and it worked well. I ripped the ground to loosen it then backed up to make a berm about 8 to 10 inches high. I did 10 building pads like this so they could be soaked. Am I setting myself up for damages?

    Newbie to newbie

I have gotten good advice here and from the manual. I wanted to share my experience. At 10 hours, per the manual I checked the torque on the lug nuts and loader mounting bolts. Most were tight but many were not. I have also found a leaking hose and the tired over inflated. Others here have...

The separator looks like clean fuel. I drain it into the glass and there is no water. I start to go through the steps and one...

First two days with my new MX5400

Spent time going over fluids, grease and documenting all the factory tags (picture) and numbers. I had to add bushings to the 3...

    Receiver recommendation

One of my tractors jobs will be moving trailers around my equipment yard. the yard is under an acre and flat. Trailers are tandem axle and empty. 20' flat beds with pintle and 500 gal water trailers with 2" coupler. Not much weight for my MX5400. A receiver for my 3 point looks like a good...

    Trying to get my MX5400

It took weeks to decide on the model and options for my use. Once the decision was made, I moved forward. The dealer is one I have bought my Bobcat and attachments from. I know them. After a week or so I checked on progress and I was told some of the hydraulic options I choose are on back order...

    PTO driven Hydraulic power pack

I just ordered my MX5400. It has multiple construction type jobs ahead of it. One such job is to operate a "flip Screen". This is a tool we use with a Bobcat, and I want the tractor to use too. It requires a 12-17 GPM flow rate and a 2248 minimum PSI. I want to add a power pack. Already built or...
