So we went to the farm this weekend and darn snow was messing with my game!! Favorite Brother in law said he would help,,, He was very stable with the grapple,,,,, did I go to far - the game was a good one!!

I agree the HST noise is so loud I think im breaking it!! I love the tractor - it is light in the rear end even with filled tires!! But I love the tractor

I also have a 3901 hst with a land pride grapple and love it, probably the most used attachment that I have! The only thing I would change would be to lengthen the bottom tines just to get better leverage but it does everything I need!!

I had the same thing happen with my LP cutter - I hit a hidden rock in the field and killed the tractor. When I went to start it back up it acted like the battery was weak and would not start. I let it cool for a few minutes and it fired up but that was a weird one as I had been cutting all day...

Where did you order them from and what has your experience been since you installed? thanks chris

why did you not use the Pat's? The reason i am asking is that I have one and really dont know that I like it as I have to adjust it for my different land pride implements and I thought that wouldnt be the issue? thanks chris

WOW you did it up right. I also have a L3901 and wish that I had pulled the trigger on a BH. I really like mine, its a little light in the rear - even with filled tires so be careful with the FEL, I almost found out the hard way. Enjoy and post some pics. Chris

I purchased the same model this year and have enjoyed working it on my deer farm. Some observations are: the rears are loaded but wish it had more weight in the rear as I have lifted a rear side from time to time with a heavy FEL load or angle, lifting larger trees with my grapple - i would like...

I was considering the sam thing and looking into having a canvas shop make one like a bimini for a boat that could collapse and stow when I want to.

So, I just picked up my new L3901, FEL, LP Tiller, cutter, box and grapple!! the one thing that I cant seem to find is a ballast box locally and after this weekend i learned that I "need" one. I really dont want to cart around an implement that im not using but found out the hard way "almost"...

I just picked up my L3901 last week with a 60" reverse land pride tiller and it did a great job on a small plot my dad had, tilled it very well!! Now i just need to find a rear ballast box. chris
