2910's are good and powerful machines. Parts are not a problem to get from kubota. The only major problem we have had was a front wheel fell right off due to a defective weld from the factory on the hub. For a quick attach, there are many companies that offer retrofit options including...

    B7100 Whats it worth ?

They will push anything in front of it as long as it has traction, slap a couple sets of chains on it and it's unstoppable.

B7100 - Tighten the rear wheels

There is a bolt on each hub that you tighten to fix that problem. If it continues to be a problem look into replacement hubs that are a completely different style of clamping down on the axel, I have them on mine and they work great. I bought them off of eBay, a little pricy but worth it.

    B7100 Whats it worth ?

With the front blade your going to want a 3pt mower. It's way too much of a pain to remove the subframe in order to mount a belly mower. Plus the blade will give you a nice counter weight when having 3 other attachments.

    Toasty

I read somewhere yesterday that an airline had to cancel flights to AZ because of 120 deg temps. It said the Bombardier jets are only good to 118, something to do with hotter air makes it harder to get off the ground when taking off. 120 is hot, damm 120 deg water will burn your skin.

Bad luck with tires and repair questions

Slime and cold weather don't mix, especially in a tire that doesn't spin fast and doesn't get heated up from running on pavement. Plus if you ever change the tire your tire guy is going to hate you :p. Like others said get yourself a plug kit, they are worth their weight in gold when you need...

Side-slopes: If my B2920 could do it, can my L4310?

If your tires are loaded on both tractors it makes a huge difference for stability. I have an area that I side slope, it is frightening to do it with a riding lawn mower but amazingly easy with the 2910. We just bought a JD riding mower to mow with instead of the tractor and I'm back to weed...

    Cleaning your 3-point finish mower

If you clean it good after mowing, just before using it again spray the entire underside with Silicone. It makes cleaning it a lot easier and keeps the grass from sticking.

    I'm in trouble!!!

I won't buy another vehicle unless it has heated seats, but I live where it's cold more than it's warm out. I can see them coming in handy in the south when it gets a blistering cold 65 deg out :p. My wife's car has them in the back seats too. In the summer I'll have the AC on and my wife...

    B2920 Overheating while mowing

Give it a good spray with simple green and let it marinate before washing it out. It helps get any oil or soot out of it too.

    B7100 Questions

I know I've read on here somewhere that they used some aluminum channel and cheap AC unit air filters to help keep the dust and junk out of the radiator. That's probably the cheapest option that works well.

Yeah Hodge Ibwas talking with a buddy tonight and he suggested the same thing. AMS oil makes a product like that too, I'll give one of them a shot.

    current dump trailer reviews

Well I decided on a CAM Superline 14ft 14k dump trailer. It has the 3 way gate and I got the optional aluminum ramps, roll out tarp, and a wireless remote. With all the options the price came in at about the same as other dealers quoted me on just the trailer. I have to drive 2 hours one way...

There isn't much that is inexpensive to replace on these tractors, and that goes for any manufacturer.

    B2920 Overheating while mowing

It probably wouldn't hurt to take the radiator out and give it a nice dunky dunky in some simple green or another good degreaser to make sure it's nice and clean. Beyond that it's got to be thermostat or something is up with the water pump.

    Husky

I'm an echo fan as well, I have the cs400 which has never failed me and has cut a lot of blow down, most of which is some big trees. It's light and easy to start. I have a PAS power head as well that I use for trimming and also a pole saw, it's damm handy. I won't buy them from Home Depot, I...

    BX25D rim failure

Most likely the welds holding the rim together had stress cracks and moisture got inside of them. I had the same problem on the 2910 but it was actually on the hub itself, it snapped right off. It seems kubota has an issue with their welders.

Hodge you stole that trailer! I think your right about the axle placement of the trailers. All the weight would still be on the rear wheels of the tractor which should be sitting directly over the axles, at the very least the last axle to the back. Prices I'm getting on the CAM are...

    current dump trailer reviews

I'm in the search for a dump trailer and this thread has been helpful. It's going to be mainly used for trash and construction debris, maybe an occasional load of gravel but I'm limited to 10,500 lbs for towing. The amount of money I've spent over the last 8 years on roll off dumpsters dealing...
