At the very least, disconnect the battery, until you find the cause.

    Things Are Expensive…So What?

Henro, sell something you don,t need or haven,t used in a long time, to someone willing to buy it at a ridiculous price, and use the huge profit from that to buy what you do want, and need, right now. Lots of folks out there, that will buy stuff at crazy high prices, you just have to offer up...

    BX2380 brake question

Before actually making any adjustments, make sure you are pressing the brake peddle as hard as you can, before engaging the brake lock. Maybe you weren,t fully engaging the brakes, which allow you to move the tractor. Like others on here have stated, you should be able to hear your tractor...

    Problem keeping BX2380 running

To help you properly line up the splices, get some permanent white marker, put the splines together, and then draw a line on both pieces while they are together. In my world, I like to use the kiss theory, keep it simple, sweetheart.

    BX 2380 throttler/power lever question

Not a great idea to keep banging on the throttle lever to get it to move. There are adjustments you can make very easily, to be able to use the throttle lever as it was designed, and intended. You don,t have to take the dash off to make the proper adjustment. Remove the cowling under the...

    Is kubota's QC slipping? GR2120 /B3200

My experience is yes, it is slipping. My BX2360 was put together with much better quality than my BX2370. When I mentioned to the salesman that the welding area on my hood were the underside brackets attach was very poorly finished, he just shrugged his shoulders, and said, he had seen much...

MMM Knob won't set to "Top" setting with deck mounted.

I have found that mine only works when I rotate the height knob clockwise, while sitting on the tractor. If you miss the height you want to set it at, you have to rotate clockwise to get it where you want it.

    BX Mid mount mower question.

A friend of mine bought a Kubota BX2380, without the mower, but with a front mount snowblower, and his tractor did come with the arms required to lift the mid mount lawnmower. Maybe a quik call to Messicks or your local dealer could confirm the info you are looking for. Also the buyer should be...

    I've been shafted!

Yup, I found that out on my mower assembly as well. What I did is line them up before installing the mower, and then marking them with a white paint marker, to show where the splines have to be aligned so they will slip together easily, without the frustration of trying 50 positions first.

    Snowblower vibration

If you are getting a vibration, one of the shafts are bent. Figure out which one it is, and replace it with a new one.

OK to let bucket slam down to clear stuck snow in bucket?

I would not recommend slamming it, and would never do that, even with someone elses equipment. For the amount that actually sticks to the bucket while using it, why not leave it there, until the job is complete. Then use a scraper and snowbrush, to remove whatever is stuck, before moving the...

Anyone else get excited about snow?

I do, but only once it is already on the ground. Until the weather network starts getting yesterdays forecast correct, it is really hard to believe in tomorrows forecast.

BX Snow Blower PTO shaft came off while snow blowing.

Did it come apart when you lifted the blower to its maximum height ? If so, re-check your installation manual, and make the proper adjustments to the correct length stated in the manual. Again, make 100% sure your main shaft isn,t bent, from flailing around when it let loose.

BX Snow Blower PTO shaft came off while snow blowing.

Sounds to me like an assembly error on the dealerships part. Do not use the blower again, until the dealer gets a chance to look at it, and correct the assembly error they made. Make sure they check that the main shaft going from the mid pto to the front didn,t get bent from flailing around ...
