To answer your question...Just yesterday I was trying to connect the PTO shaft on a new rotary cutter, no love. Checked out a YouTube video by Tractor Mike, found the answer to my dilemma and just like that I was in business.

What is the proper way to control the depth of a PTO mounted tiller. Should it be by using the skid plates on the tiller or should they be raised all the way up and control depth with the three point hitch?

This post has had me flummoxed all day after reading it early this morning. I’ve been considering a chipper but most of the slash I need to chip is pine and that includes pine cones. Can anyone with real world experience verify the accuracy of this?
Please keep us updated on the BX42S a chipper is on my short list. I burned a brush pile yesterday but it made me very uncomfortable. I think I’ll be better served chipping.
