BF300A Loader - Tower Stuck in Base

No, I have not been able to remove the loader. I have owned the tractor since April 2012, and I doubt if the previous owner had removed the loader often if at all.

BF300A Loader - Tower Stuck in Base

Thanks for the responses. I didn't understand why there had previously been no response even though it showed having over 150 views. Now it has 250 views, and several good responses. I did soak it good with PB Blaster, and tried lifting it with the hoist while smacking it with the hammer, but...

BF300A Loader - Tower Stuck in Base

Seems like 10 months should be long enough to wait for some sort of response from someone. Anyone??? - LW

B8200D - Thrust load in Front Bevel Gear Assembly

That's what it looked like to me. However, is it really a light thrust load with a loader and full bucket?

B8200D - Thrust load in Front Bevel Gear Assembly

I just replaced the seals and bearings in the front vertical pivot assembly (bevel gear assembly is I believe the correct term) on my B8200D 4wd tractor (4 ball bearings, 2 seals and an O-ring per side). Appears to be sucessful, with no leaking now. But, thinking back on how it is constructed...

    B8200 Leaky Power Steering Cylinder

The hose fittings do not appear to be leaking at all. A little further investigation has revealed that the leakage is from the plunger or actuator on top of the cylinder (pardon my not knowing proper terms for the parts, as I have no access to any documentation on this cylinder assembly). When...

BF300A Loader - Tower Stuck in Base

This has me stumped. I have done everything required in order to remove the BF300A loader from my B8200 tractor. The problem is that the left side tower will not come out of the base. The wedge pins are removed from both sides, as well as the L bolts from the front frame. The right side...

    B8200 Leaky Power Steering Cylinder

That's all true, and those are the kinds of questions I repeatedly posed to them nearly two years ago, all to no avail. However, as I stated earlier, my main question is, Does anyone here on this forum have experience with this particular power steering cylinder unit and/or awareness of...

    B8200 Leaky Power Steering Cylinder

I attached a photo of the power steering cylinder, hoping it shows up ok. Where it appears to leak (but not for sure) is on the back side near the front of the cylinder, running down and dripping from the two hose fittings. Of course, that area isn't visible in the photo. But maybe if someone...

    B8200 Leaky Power Steering Cylinder

I'll try to clean it up so it's presentable for photos - dirty from some loader work. :) Thanks for the responses. - Lyle

Does anyone have any experience with these?

    B8200 Leaky Power Steering Cylinder

I have a B8200 4wd with FEL. It has the power steering assist cylinder. The cylinder has been leaking for some time. I took it to a hydraulic repair shop and they said it needed to be rebuilt. So $200 later, it still leaked. Took it back 3 or 4 times, but still leaks. Seems to be leaking...
