I found the issues. I tested all the switches, but they all worked ok. I temporarily bridged them and continued to look around. It turned out to be the fuse socket. The fuse didn't go in all the way, and I guess it didn't have a solid connection. Since I cleaned it and pushed it in really hard...

update, when I bridge the connectors on the solenoid, it doesn't always start so more likely it's no solenoid; I removed and cleaned break pedal switch and it worked 4 times and stopped working again, I wonder if it's a broken cable inside the electrical wires....

I replaced both battery cables since the picture was taken, I'll test again to jump solenoid, but in the past I was always able to jump start

I think I found an issue. I cleaned inside and connection on the ignition switch and it's been starting 100 % since. Before I cleaned it. I was getting 6V on the solenoid switch connection, now I'm getting close to 10V.

Yes. Solenoid replaced twice. The click is short, check this video https://youtube.com/shorts/OfBrb9DurYw?feature=share I bought the battery last year, it's 350 cold crank. It seems to start easier when I use jump start pack. I will try to jump start starter terminal after work today.
