    L275 clutch is shot

Last year I rented my tractor to a good friend, and he managed to burn the clutch good, I used it all winter pushing snow, and he had to barrow it again for ONE day to move some dirt to make a water barrier for a flood, and well, he totally burnt it out now.. I found parts to fix it, but I was...

    liquid ballast question

Depending on what you use in it, yes tubes are a good idea. A lot of the older tires have tubes in them. My L275 came with tubes. With tube less tires if you run chloride you would have to fill it over the top of the rim. If the wheel isn't covered in chloride they will rust really fast from...

    snow blade attached to bucket

The hardest part is lining up the pin that goes into the hole in the bucket. Last year I used just the bucket and blower, and it took forever. The blade goes prtiiy fast, but I need to add hydraulic lever and a ram so I don't have to manually angle the blade. Also a good idea to have some wt...

Well when I got it back from him, I noticed the clutch was a bit out of adjustment, so I started to adjust it at the linkage where...

    L275 high rpm miss

    L275 high rpm miss

History: I've had this tractor a little over a year now, when I first got it, the po showed me how he would start it. Little spray of starting fluid, glow plugs, and start. Now I thought that was crazy. But it is a VERY hard starting tractor without plugging it in unless its above 50* outside...

    Maintenance Supplies

I went onto Fram's website, they list abunch of filter #s for all these tractors, and the part I liked best, was the cross referance chart they have that lists abunch of different brands of filters that will fit. I used Wix brand fuel and air filters and a Motorcraft oil filter on mine.(Used...
