G5200 How do I bleed injector lines?

Also check and make sure the electric fuel pump is working. If standing behind the mower the pump is located near the right side of the fuel tank. The pump helps aid the injection pump. Whatever the case do NOT use ether on this engine. As Wolfman stated hook up to a jumper vehicle. Even though...

    G6200 help

PTO belts are 5/8 X 32" and the deck belt is a 5/8 X 94" and the deck has to be unpinned and moved back to drop the drive shaft. The left bracket on the deck gear box will need to come off and there are 4 17 mm bolts holding it on.

    G6200 help

Yes the bolt is there to keep the belts from jumping off the pulley. I've had my G6200 for over 10 years and I always keep spare sets of belts handy. They are 5/8 X 32" for the PTO and 5/8 X 94" for the deck.

Anyone ever put a D905 into a b7100? Was that straight forward.

I swapped a D950 into my 79 B7100D a couple of years ago. The D950 will bolt directly to the bell housing and front sub frame, that's the easy part. If you don't mind cutting up the engine bay side panel to mount the alternator on the outside and retain a single belt set up then that would make...

Starting in on the "new" to me B7100

That's kind of how my B7100 started out as, oh its just a rod knock we can fix that right quick. Well y'all know the rest of the story. Great job beating that pulley back into shape.

B7100 with a slight mechanical issue.

Alright, here's a few pics of the B7100 as it is now. Yeah it's kind of dirty and yes there are a few scratches but it has been performing flawlessly with the new engine. I do want to finish this project but right now I really need it to get things done around here. Therefore I'm going to have...

Thanks, I didn't get all the decals put on but I'll finish this project this winter and put the rest of them on during that time.

B7100 with a slight mechanical issue.

Thought I would take a few minutes and share a little update. Back in mid June we had some severe weather in the area. It was by far the roughest I've ever seen here. I lost 7 trees in all but faired better than most in the area. I had one tree that took out a large portion of my garage roof...

Re: B7100d for sale Check out eBay, there are a few front wheels on there now for the B6100 and B7100.

B7100 with a slight mechanical issue.

I had planned to finish up the new wire harness on the B7100 over the weekend. That is clearly not going to happen now due to a brief but violent storm that passed through here. When I got home from work yesterday afternoon I quickly discovered that several of my trees had been relocated with...

Thanks for posting a link Steve, and you make it look so easy. I really need to learn how to do that.

Thanks, Look up B7100 restoration progress and you will find it. I'm still not sure how to add a link in my thread but I've been trying though. I have 4 videos of this beast uploaded on YouTube now. Steve
