hi, new owner of a G6200. I'm in the process of base-lining it with new belts fluids and grease. While taking off the front pto belts, I noticed a 4-6 inch long bolt attached to the front frame. It appeared to be rubbing against the left side (opposite tentioner) of the pto belts. The bolt had a slight bend to it. After I replaced the belts with new ones, it appears the belts may be an inch too small, they are pretty tight. i looked at the online parts catalog that is posted on here through Kubota but I cant find the bolt on there. anyone have a picture of the front pto area I can compare? thanks in advance!

Estill Springs TN,
Yes the bolt is there to keep the belts from jumping off the pulley. I've had my G6200 for over 10 years and I always keep spare sets of belts handy. They are 5/8 X 32" for the PTO and 5/8 X 94" for the deck.

Estill Springs TN,
32 and 94 inch long bolts?!?! Holy smokes!!

please explain
PTO belts are 5/8 X 32" and the deck belt is a 5/8 X 94" and the deck has to be unpinned and moved back to drop the drive shaft. The left bracket on the deck gear box will need to come off and there are 4 17 mm bolts holding it on.

thanks for the help on the bolt. I had ordered new pto belts from V-belt global online but they are too thick and too short. I had the adjustment all the way down and they would still engage the pto. had to put the old ones back on for now.
