Hello, I didn't take pictures during building. (sorry):o Took massive steel for the buschings and used a lathe to make them fit. The "nose" is a piece of flat steel i welded to the half buschings. took an angle grinder to smooth things up would build it exact the same if i had to do it again...

hee, the second picture is mine...:) mulching kit for an RCK60 deck. very pleased with it, thinking about gator blades coming winter

i have one installed myself, this is easy to do yourself, only drilling some holes. not a cheap kit, but it includes 3 high lift mowing blades, money well spent. i am very happy with it. considering an upgrade to gator G6 blades.
