I recently purchased a l3650 with 1400 hours on it that is 4wd with loader backhoe and a shot howse brand brushog that needs rebuilt for 9000 dollars everything works just needs TLC anybody want to put a value on this ?

Hard to argue with that. The time to ask this question is BEFORE you buy it assuming that you actually care about the answer.
Anyone who makes a post along the lines of "I bought this, did I get a good deal" is typically being disingenuous i.e. they know they got a good deal, or at least think they did, and they simply want to boast.
I just bought an M6060 at a very good price and I know it is because I put the effort in and did the research. I'm not going to make a BS post asking "did I get a good price?"

We really can't put a price on it for a multitude of reasons.
We don't see its condition.
We don't know it's hours.
We don't know it's actual running condition.
We don't know wear issues.
Give us more information and we can give you a better answer.
An L of that series tends to sell in the 10K range so I generally think you paid a normal price.

Other factors that help determine value of equipment:
1. Is the purchaser able to do any of the "fixing" required?
2. Does the purchaser have a definite purpose/use for the machine?
3. Did the buyer get to the sale before other interested parties did?
Around here that tractor would bring 10K if it started and ran and the loader worked. The hoe and mower can be added to that value accordingly.
