What’s the fair value?

I have a BX2200 with about 260 hours on it, a 54 inch belly mower, a 60 inch plow, grass, catcher, and front end loader. I am wondering what a fair private, purchase sale price would be, and a trade-in value. I am the original owner.
The tractor is in perfect condition, and has always been garaged. I am just interested in getting a new toy.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!
Surf Tractorhouse and look at similar year/condition tractors as yours. That will give you a good idea of what they are bringing.

I’m going to ballpark it at about $12k, give or take. Trade in, a fair bit less. Retail value likely more than most on TractorHouse due to low hours and the plow. Most do come with the FEL and MMM.
