I do not think that kraut with corned beef would be a problem.
Suppose not. I'll make some reubens with the leftovers.

Kind of cooking. I got some Kiwi and Mangos in the dehydrator.
I'm sure tonight Wife all want me to grill some steaks since it going to be nice out today.

Daren - beef tips look great!

Bucktail - I’ve been craving reubens for a while. Last few years we’ve been doing reubens in the office on Saint Patrick’s day. We all bring stuff in and I make them for the crew.

I make a pretty mean reuben....don’t like any of the ingredients, but I love a good Reuben.

I nixed it this year because of COVID19... but they still sound good....[emoji3]

We’re doing fried chicken, tater salad and steamed corn for supper.

Kinda like a socially-distanced picnic. Just my bride and I.....but the kids are all okay, so that’s great.

I’m a great seafood fryer, chicken not so much. No Colonel Sanders.

This is pretty close....Smells SO good....

I made some burnt ends and macaroni salad. I will cut the burnt end into smaller pieces next time . They were still good though.

Thanks. Finally got around to grabbing a wing about 8:30 last night. Cold, but nice spice level and just the right amount of smoke. Skin was nice and crispy too. I need to start smoking those two at a time because we rip through them so fast.

Skeets break out the grill for now and do you a nice piece of meat. As soon as this virus thing is over we will be there for the smoked stuff.

Here is a good looking small grill for one or 2 people on Amazon. If you don't have one. If you need help ordering one let me know I would be glad to help you.

I got after a tough ole bird this morning, almost gave me a slip, but I caught him trying to hide underneath the grill where he knew that I would not look.

So instead of going under the grill.....he went on it. :D
