what is this implement?

Ran across this supposed "York Rake Frame" on Ebay. I can't find anything like it elsewhere. does it have a different name used more commonly? It appears to by wording in the ebay ad that there is something missing from the frame. Im guess a blade making it a back blade with box blade like Shanks in front of it.

Hot water heater went out so now all I can afford is a back blade; not the box blade I wanted. Soooooo thinking later build something like this and mount the box blade I get to it. Question is if I can buy the shanks. They look shorter than Box Blade shanks? If so hoping then they are cheaper than good Box Blade shanks. Not knowing what this thing is called though I can't search that out.

Any hints?

Both a blade and rake tines are available. Don't see anything yet about teeth.

Cant see why something like this could not be done with a blade in back, maybe one with wings to get a box blade like affect. But you folk know more than I. Doable?

I agree, it's a scarifer with a jump function. If it hit's something hard, it tilts back and jumps over it. Some call them rock or stump jumpers. Doesn't look like it's more than a surface unit though, doesn't go very deep.
