Exactly! My buddy saw my pics and said, “yeah i can Do all that with my forks” i just Simply laughed and said, “ you have no idea bro”
I got forks.. but if I would have done my homework I would have the grapple instead. Wish I had the 3rd function already.. at this point it's a want not a need!

Fabric, some stone, and then gravel next week! Three cars work of parking now in what used to be a burn pile/gulley.

headed into the woods Monday to raid another good pile of boulders to finish the border at the two ends. Eventually I’ll build a full stone wall around the finished area on three sides. everything I’ve done thus far is just for retaining purposes.

Did yours have sharp edges and burrs all around the plate? The hooks are not tumbled near long enough and he won't change the process to make them right. The burrs are a hazard and they also bite into the paint, if you file them off, well there goes the plating.

Not that i recall. Me and the wife were both handling them when I unpackaged them and they looked great.

lol on the bucket of your tractor?! the humanity!

If you like to pay premium prices for shoddy workmanship, have at it. I have a tool & die shop and have produced a considerable amount of parts over many years and never delivered anything with burrs. If you have no idea about quality, maybe comments aren't in order.

thats cool you should make some and sell them. Ive had 3 sets of kens hooks on 3 different buckets and use his tie downs on the rear frame. I may not be a metallurgist, but I know when I slap on a chain, or tie down hook, they have worked every single time. However, I have not checked for the paint being chipped off my bucket, i should go out now and have a look

Did you have to drill any holes to put them hooks on? I want A set for the front and back. Kens rear John Deere ones look like they will fit the front of my frame but they are out of stock

Is that on the LX or your old B26?
Thats on the LX3310 @Gallows

Those are indeed the front deere tie downs that ken offers, they fit the existing rear holes on the LX frame perfectly. The holes already have a nut welded behind them (maybe for backhoe frame?)

The nut that's welded there is for a M16 bolt with 1.5 thread pitch, 30 to 35 mm long. Kens tie downs have a 1/2 hole in them, I just widened them a hair with a 41/64 drill bit and they fit up perfect. They make a great spot for rear tie down.

for the front I just use a D-Ring that I welded to a plate. In the back I dont use the drawbar for rear tie down and always struggled a little finding a good spot back there but kens product has been a great solution.

ah you have a backhoe! Are these holes used for the backhoe? I was wondering what they may be for, or possibly for shipping?

Played in the mud for a few hours last night. Dealing with water runoff.

After having the MX, which I love, I miss the LX just a bit. It was much more nimble and obviously smaller. Such a good sized tractor.

Lol it’s not too bad, just slippery. Having to dig a ditch across the long part of my property. The rains we’ve had in Georgia recently really showed me I’ve got to work on this.

This is about the same place tractor is parked in previous picture.
