I'm not sure / no first hand experience but salvage guys / scrappers / etc... often seem to be able to think out of the box and make innovative solutions vs. USPS/FedEx only guys.
that facebook group has connections all over the place so maybe someone will know something closer, more complete, better suited to OP, etc... if OP decides.

My main point is Hot shot rates are $1.50 to $2.50 for a short load, so he would be looking at $3750 to $6200 just in freight, and with the stupid price of fuel it might even run more.
I totally agree, you must network if your going to find parts for these older tractors.
I think he's going to have an uphill fight, as that's a very soot after piece of equipment and they are not normally cheap to acquire.
I not going to candy coat it, and blow sunshine on it, just because he's a new user.
