I have a Kubota L1501 and wants new oil do on the gearbox. Is the gear box appart or is it part of the hydraulic portion? Where is the dipstick of the gearbox?

There is an oil level plug just forward of clutch pedal.
Behind right wheel is a tube with a screen behind it, and a large drain plug on low point under gearbox.

The transmission and hydraulics use the same fluid. Use universal tractor fluid like Kubota UDT or Tractor Supply Traveler

Yes same fluid for gearbox and hydraulics, and yes they are the same case.
Any universal hydraulic fluid will work for you.
