UTD vs UTD2

ZG227 Zero turn hydro lift, shaft driven deck, want to service hydro and do not have manual but read either is ok. I live in Fl so cold is not an issue.
I also own a TYM 264 which uses Traveller Universal Premium.
Is Traveller rated as UTD?
I see also Stens Full Syn with as well.

Kubota owner's manuals generally list UDT as an alternative to SUDT2 but I don't know the specifics of the ZG227.

UDT is a J20C fluid just like almost all of the tractor hydraulic fluids on the market.

I am sure you will get lots of opinions on this.

I don't understand why someone with a $13K wants to use hydro cheap fluid?
