Any body use this stuff? I don't have a sight glass as I just have a little BX, but the SUDT2 is like Crystal Clear and REALLY Hard to see on the Hydro and front axle dipsticks. Just looking for some reviews from anyone that may have used it.

Thanks!!!

No dipstick on my front axle, level plugs instead and I don't use UDT at all in the front axle, I use and always have used 90 weight GL 4 gear oil.

Both my M's have dipsticks for the gearboxes and use, none of the UDT's are easily readable for level so what I did was drill the dipstick at the full and add marks with small holes. When the gearcase is full, the fluid bridges the hole. Same with when it's low, (no holes bridged). Easy peasy to see the level. How most cars are today.

The JD green dye is pretty expensive and I really don't want green in my gearcase anyway.

An alternative and what I use in my cab M is the Chevron All Weather THC Synthetic. It's dyed orange from the refiner. Easy to see. Price is slightly less than SUDT or whatever the latest Valvoline Kubota offering is.

Got the idea from another thread and it works good.

Took a black marker and colored my dipstick with it, to me much easier to see now than when it was grey.

Just a thought and no cost really if you have a black marker.
