impossible to advise without more info. I would be completely guessing otherwise.

Carfax says over 1/2 million ultra low mileage / low hrs vehicles currently for sale in US alone that were written off due to flooding alone. Was this one of these vehicles? whats it condition and previous history, etc...

if pristine / no previous damage its probably going to sell around U$19-20k.

As MLF says, more information is needed. Location is critical ! Details like condition and does it run ? Does every function work ? I won't assume it's 'perfect',heck WHY only 34 hours ? My 2018 BX23S has 1708 hours, as of this morning, so HOW can that tractor only have 34 ?

There is a real Elbow Road Farms in this area, and it is a landfill and sandpit. No too far from me, I've been by there. Nothing to do with selling equipment. Definitely a scam as @North Idaho Wolfman already said.

Thanks Wolfman, just googled their address, 1415 Lake Thrasher Parkway, Cheaspeake VA 23320 with BBB and nothing came up. I sent email to Elbow Road Equp asking for their address, location and that I had friend in the area who could come by and look at the tractor, waiting for reply but thanks to you, others and my research pretty much agree, SCAM.

As a side note the landfill has been closed for years. I'm not sure if Elbow road farm is still open or not as a sand pit.

There were complaints years ago regarding the landfill in a residential area.

So what you get for an address was the former adrdess of the landfill I believe.
