TSC Subsoiler Modification

The weak link of the TSC subsoiler is the 2 pieces of steel that run from the middle to either side on the back between the 2 3pt links. Those 2 pieces need to be reinforced. That's where they break :D

Post 2, pic 1 -- the piece that forms the hypotenuse--broke it more than once

Thanks for the info. I'll keep a close eye on it during and after each use.
So far so good but I'm not using it a lot or real hard.....yet!

The receiver hitch kinda kills the pipe feed mod... maybe not, gotta think on that one...

Nice work, looks really good.

I don't think so a piece of square stock inside the hitch and a flat plate welded on the out by end and weld the J piece of pipe to the flat stock easy on easy off

Maybe. It might be susceptible to side deflection and bending but it might work with a guide welded on the back of the cutting tang to force it straight.
