Never seen that application - but this is a SWAG - seems that you have aux hydraulics for something else you are using, that lever seems to control the flow or direction of the fluid. Are those for rear hydraulics?

Can you take a picture by pulling away a bit ? Show more of the tractor, it may help determine what specifically that does.

The hydraulic hose on top is just a return from the hydraulic valve for the dozer. It seems to have 3 positions and definitely seems to have something to do with the transmission, it feels like it's shifting something. It has no effect on any speed or direction or the rear pto. It doesn't have a front pto that I can tell.

I thought at first it may be a creeper gear.

That is a creeper gear set up. Normally installed when using a trencher. These were installed by the dealer on the early B7100. The original transmission cover was removed and this unit was installed.

That's very interesting, it definitely seems to have NO effect on the speed, I've shifted it while moving, definitely feels like gears but no clashing. I'll mess with it some more when I get it going again. Rewiring it now. Thanks for all the replys!!!!!!

I have a copy of the owners / users manual for this tractor but trying too attach says too big. 8mb I could send by e-mail I guess just let me know,
If I remember right the highest lever is an add-on after market on-off for hydro circuit.
