Hi all,
Please forgive me if this has been discussed - I really did search before posting!

I need a trailer for my L3901 with LA525 loader. I won't be transporting it with any implements (except for the loader)
It does have water filled R4 tires.
I will be towing it with a 2016 Toyota Tundra w/ 2" hitch receiver (about 10,000 lb towing capacity)

Any advice?

Thanks in advance!

probably need a '10k' trailer.....(6 or 8 bolt rims), 16' should be fine.
tractor's about 3000
loader 1000
bucket 500
water in tires ??
you 'might' be able to haul with a 7K (2x3500# axles, 5 bolt) though you'll need REAL numbers for weights.
I'd have brakes on BOTH axles. I've hauled heavier loads(maxed out 'car hauler' ..pulled fine it's STOPPING that can be 'fun'...

My L is the previous series to yours but very similar. On an 18 ft trailer. 16 ft may be fine without any implements. If I were to do it again I would probably get a 20 ft, with loader and bush hog the mower hangs off about two feet. I don’t trailer it very often tho.

Make certain to include chains, binders, chocks, and Loading Stands so your trailer doesn’t raise-up at the hitch when you load ‘er up.

I have a 2016 Tundra and a L3800 with a FEL and filled tires. I haul it and one implement on 20’ trailer with two 3500 lb axles. Never any problems. I only wish I had taller tires on the trailer as the jack will sometimes scrape At odd angles.

This is my brand new L3301 with the 60" rotary mower. With the bucket placed like it is, the mower hung about 18-20" off the back of my 18' trailer. An 18' trailer would be perfect without any attachments. Tires are filled with Rim Guard and the trailer really squatted while I was loading.

Never had any rub or scraping issues while towing.
