I gave you the exact fittings and sizes.

The port on the loader valve is SAE-08.

The port for 3pt return is G1/4

Hey guys, has anyone installed a Ratcheting side link on their 3 point hitch? I sometimes need to tilt my back blade and think possible a ratcheting side link would work best for me. Opinions are always welcome. Please share your thoughts and suggestions.

I’m getting all my parts ordered and coming in. Hopefully I’ll be able to get started on putting the rear remote hydraulics on my tractor soon. I had looked at the kit from Tractor Innovations but with just the top link their setup would be over $1000 and I have been able to find just about everything I need for about half that amount! If I decide to add the R.H. side link also then I’ll be still under the $1000. Whatever I end up doing, plan to do it myself and I‘l post details on the setup.

I have been reading about the rear remotes and some have suggested that you should go with a system that has an extra set of remotes so if in the future you want to add something else to your tractor that would require hydraulic power. My B2401 has a FEL and I am planning on installing at the rear, a hydraulic top link and a RH hydraulic side link. So I don’t think I would need anything else but I am interested in getting input from the members on the possible future options that I may need to consider? I appreciate your suggestions as I have more questions than answers most of the times.

My answer depends on what sort of valve and outlets you plan on installing. TnT eats up two sets of outlets. If using a manual valve adding a third spool is $50 and has a near zero footprint. You dont have to plumb in outlets for it but you have it in reserve ready to go if you ever decide you want them. Its also the least expensive way to add rear remotes. No brainer in my book.

PS> Adding rear remotes with a full TnT for under $1000 sounds unrealistic.

Hey Dan,
I appreciate your input and I was really leaning towards a 4 spool valve. Probably as you say better to be ready than to regret not getting it now! Thanks
