Wow! That certainly has to be your problem. That happens when it is dropped on the floor. There is a tool for straightening these, but pliers will also work. You should use a gauge to set these at the correct gap.
I fixed the bend and used my feeler gauge to bend them to spec. Fixed much of the idle uncertainty but I still am missing 1000 RPM that it usually has at high idle.
Maybe you should start with putting the original carb back on. Not sure if carb overhaul kits are available for these but I would prefer installing one of them first on the original carb
I have the original Mikuni carb back on already. Probably gonna try and see why it may limit the engine. I hope it’s not governor related.

I wouldn't deny your idea since I didn't drop the plugs for sure. But when I check the Kawasaki FD590V specifications, it claims its the NGK BPR4ES.
Once I scrape up enough money to get new spark plugs, I will. I also don't know which oil filter to put on this since it has 6 year old oil in it and I can't find any of the oil filters that aren't just the OEM filter. Is there a known aftermarket filter from any big store brand (ie. Walmart or Autozone or O'Reilly) that holds a filter alike?
Mine uses a John Deere oil filter AM107423. You can do a google search for filter substitutions for brands available to you. I have used I believe a Fram PH4967 in the past. If unsure you could take your original with you when shopping. Amazon has filters as well. These were overall great engines. One beef I have is having to remove hoses to replace the antifreeze.

Decided to take the spark plug confusion to the parts diagrams and I got that it’s a BPMR6A or something like that. I bought them and they seem to work fine. I do have a vacuum leak right now though because I broke the intake pipe boot to the carb, but that’s already on the way.
Update: Finally got around to installing what I needed. The new intake pipe seems to fix the very little response engine and a governor spring that I stole from my other TG1860G shows for proper RPM so the governor spring must've been bad or something an I had not noticed the RPM difference beforehand. The engine runs pretty clean now until the valve cover gasket started leaking oil on the exhaust and then the coolant hose popped off and caused a smoke fest under the engine, but thats an issue that are easy to fix. Thanks to all who had helped me out!
