Have had a Kubota T1700X with a RG44LT-17 mower for several years now. Lately, with sharp blades, one outside blade does not appear to cut as well as the other two. Could the belt be slipping on that pulley or do I have an even more serious problem.
Thanks

Look deck belt, if the belt's been slipping it'll have scars. While you're in there slip the belt off and give that blade a spin and see if it's stiff. Another possibility, though I don't know if it's possible on that deck, is the blade is on upside down. I've seen it happen.

Should just be one continuous belt around all the spindles, so if one goes they all go. Could be an issue where that one blade struck an object and it knocked the spindle out of alignment. Check to see if there any side to side play. Or see if you need a shot of grease on the spindles.

Check the spindle pulley for grease- perhaps a previous shot of grease got some in the pulley groove. You should also check the spindle itself- bearings may be seizing up, causing the blade to spin slower.
