Nice used Wallenstein BX62 within driving distance for $2500 + a long drive each way with an overnight, Gravity feed. "Made In Canada " and not China !!

New WoodMaxx WM-8M Mechanical In-Feed, (more reviews all the time, all good) $2279. To my Door.........simple and possibly cheaper to maintain than Hyd. but single speed.

New WoodMaxx WM-8H Hydraulic In-Feed, (Always gets good reviews) $2799. To my Door....... More complicated and the hydraulics have to be cheap china stuff at this price point which is concerning but it gives me feed rate adjustment.

I like the Wally's being made by our neighbors to the north but takes two days of my vacation, a night in a hotel and $150 to $175 in gas so $2800 landed.

In watching them all run on individuals youtube videos the Wally seems to do pretty good for not having an infeed system and that makes it simple but every other non infeed assisted chipper struggles compared to either of the WoodMaxx's with the infeed assist setup's.

I can't help you on brand but I agree with you on the "not china" subject. I have a small chipper that hardly gets used because it's normally more trouble than it's worth. If it had a feed drive I would use it more for sure.
