That is probably the worst news for them. I would imagine that that would be bad news for anyone.

Since he didn't have a garage or barn, there wasn't much else he could do.

Does KTAC cover that?

Man, really need to figure out some security measures for mine... Also, though: wtf: it's extremely likely that was from the same dealer as mine. Similar build-out. Why did mine have 2.0 hours on it and his 0.1!? That's always bothered me. Stupid, I know.

I think I would reconsider the whole Gated Community thing if someone can get in and steal your tractor and get back out. I wonder if they have security cameras at the gate?***129300;

But what if they had a trailer with winch?
That is the first thing I thought of also.

I also wondered if it was possible to "boot" a tractor?

If scumbags want something bad enough they’ll get it. Locks keep honest people honest.

I just remind myself it’s a thing, and it’s insured. Lord help ya if you try any funny business while I’m at home.

A bx with fel & bh was stolen three weeks ago from a small construction site in Cayuga On. Frequently saw it prior and always wondered why it wasn't secured. On main road with a coffee shop across from it.

they make little locator tags, that you can find your equipment if stolen. you only need to replace them every other year. hopefully someone will come out with one with a replaceable battery or motion charging system someday.
hide the tag anywhere on the tractor. it uses any cell tower or smart phone to connect with the proscribed smartphone. so that the tag can be located. they are used primarily in or on clothing of elderly or challenged people. very effective to locate purses, motorcycles, bicycles and many other uses...

one item ive been promoting: is for tractors to be titled or registered through the states. so that if they show up for service at any repair shop they get the serial number scanned for being stolen..
