Need a few suggestions before I start moving fuel injectors or take out the injector pump.

Took off the exhaust manifold and white smoke poors out of cylinder 3 only but not all the time. Its real sporadic. What I mean is that the engine will run perfect no smoke for maybe 30 seconds to a minute or more and then it will sputter and white smoke starts pouring out of cyl. 3. and the engine runs poorly. I will let it continue to run and maybe a minute or so later it will sputter and the white smoke is gone and engine resumes running perfectly. This scenario keeps repeating itself whether on flat ground or going up a steep hill. White smoke is only on cylinder 3.

Rings and head gasket are new. I had the injectors rebuilt. Before I move injector 3 to cylinder 2 to see if problem moves I thought I would run this by the board for thoughts/ideas to try. Thanks in advance.

Yea I would move the injector, move 1 to 3 and 3 to 1.

If it moves it's the injector, if it doesn't could be injection pump or could be a cracked head or blown head gasket.
Another possibility, did you install the new O-ring on the oil feed tube, on rare occasions I've seen them leak, but usually to the outside not to the cylinder.

If it was a cracked head or blown gasket wouldn't I be loosing antifreeze? Also forgot to mention that a compression test was done recently and all cylinders were measuring 320.

You will be time and knowledge ahead just to move those injectors.

Debating "what ifs" on line is a complete waist of time.

Get out the wrenches, you will be able to tell US faster than we will be able to advise you.

Yikes , 320 is too low, especially if you just re-ringed it, you should be more in the upper 400's.

Did you make 100% sure you put the rings in the direction and proper orientation and check the ring gap?

Yes normally you would notice coolant loss, if it was collant burning.

How is the blow by?
