Snowblower rotator BX2819

I currently have the BX2816 and the BX2819 (Seems to be rare) is an electric rotator for the snowblower. I have checked and there is only one place I can order it. It currently cost close to $450 dollars so I don't want to just jump. I want to know if anyone else has the rotator, and if they like it, and did they do a self install. How difficult was the install.

Built one about 10 years ago for peanuts. Small motor, a little fabricobbling and a DPDT switch. Sold the blower along with the L3200. The blower was fun but not very useful for the snow removal I was doing.

What you have pictured is the hood deflector. If that is what you are looking for, I have one that I removed from my snowblower in favor of the hydraulic one. I will be happy to sell it to you. I just need to locate it in the garage.
