Slow lowering of 3 point hitch on B7100

I recently (2 days ago) bought a B7100D and the 3 point hitch with a blade implement goes down real slow. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? It goes up plenty fast. Thanks.

There is a large TEE shaped Knob under the seat - make sure that is turned horizontal as you look at it.

(mine was not turned completely when I bough it)

I went out and made the adjustment shown and just like that, problem solved. Thanks so much.
