Inspection happens in international business, customers sometimes come and inspect the products by themsleves, but also ask 3rd party to do so.

I told the workshop to take the products out of the package and wait for inspection.
Process would be:
1.) Product inspected by 3rd party
2.) Report made by 3rd party
3.) You review the report
4.) if all good, we will book the container with your agent, you can pay your agent directly, no need to pay us for shipping
5.) 3rd party need to be here to inspect the whole loading process, so we both know all products are in the container.
In this case, we make sure no one fools around.
This is the best and only solution we can find.
Unless you fly to China and inspect the goods.
But you have been ignoring our request of doing such.
