Hope this is in the right place.

I'm going to sell my tractor. However, I have no paperwork on it. All of that from when I bought it has been lost in a couple of moves since then I'm afraid. I have the paperwork sent to me from Kubota when I paid off the loan. So what do I need to make this legal? BOS, ect. Thanks.

No paperwork needed here. One who owns the item takes funds in exchange for the item. Deal is done. One can have a bill of sale printed off and have each, seller and buyer with brief description and date of transaction sign and each keep a copy. Then if for any reason questions arise about ownership, it's in writing.

When I sold a tractor, I gave a Bill Of Sale that not only had a description but the Serial Numbers also. I also included the letter from Kubota that said that it was paid for.
