My Kubota B3030 will not start unless the PTO is in the engaged position. I need help locating the switch to replace.

It may just be out of adjustment. Look right close to the pto control lever. The switch may be linked right to the control.

It looks like the switch is in the top or side of the transmission.
The switch (unlike most Kubota switches that are lever action micro switches) looks like it's threaded into the trans with no adjustment available.
The fact that it's working the opposite of what it should is rather odd, they normally don't work at all when they go out.

If you need more help you can get the service manual and it will spell it all out.

Thanks for the answers. I had some issues last summer with the OPC system and I think I replaced the switch on the top of the transmission then.
