Proud owner of a 2003 L3130DT with 1,340 hours. I bought the tractor new. When in gear and working it will begin to shut down. If I depress the clutch it will continue to run. If I put it in neutral it will still idle. Once I put it in gear it may run a few seconds more or 30-45 seconds more and then begin to shut down and finally completely shut down. This the only issue I have ever had with the tractor. Do any of you have any idea what is causing this to happen?

You may be experiencing a fuel shortage. Algae in the tank is a possibility or even a clogged fuel filter. Pull a line loose and see if you get good steady flow from the tank. Remember to bleed the fuel lines after reconnecting them.
