I bought a barely used RTV XG850 that has the premium roof installed and the speakers and wiring harness installed (12 pin), but no radio kit was installed. It looks like the Kubota kit (Kubota Part#: 77700-VP0897) uses a Jensen Powersports JHD40BT radio, but I can't find a part number or any details on the 12 pin harness or what mounting bracket it takes.

I am trying not to spend $540 on this kit, since I really only need the radio, mount, and the other end of the harness.

Personally I would buy something like this and make an adaptor plate. The wiring should be easy enough to hook up - the radio will tell you via wire colors what is what and all you will need is hot and ground and an antenna. Or buy the antenna too !

I bought this for a golf cart and it was simple and cheap and hell bluetooth to boot. Works perfectly too!

I put this one in my Can-am Defender, it's Jensen clone, water proof and dust proof.

The harness plug looks to be a 12 pin Deutsch: https://www.ebay.com/itm/264911877483?epid=1241203780

I was actually debating on adding one of the following:
A Bluetooth AMP for $65

Or a Boss Gauge Radio for $129

Where the radio mounts is a fairly flimsy plastic cover, so I think a smaller gauge style amp/radio would likely mount better, and free up some room should I ever want to add a USB or 12v socket up there at some point, since it already has power run up there. I was looking at the Jensen clones, but I don't know how that mounts or how difficult it would be to cut out that shape compared to using a hole saw.
