I am having real trouble in identifying the Bridgestone AG tyres on the front of my Kubota L245DT (4x4) they are the originals. I have managed to buy a nearly new pair that match the back, but i cant find out what model the tyre is, can anyone help?

The rears are 11.2-24.

I have a manual and all it says is 7.00-16, 4 ply.

In the pictures the shape of the front tread looks very similar to the rears with the tread bars being tapered from wider at the middle to narrow at the edges, unlike most other R1 tires.

If you have a loader, you want at least 6-ply rating tires -- preferably 8-ply. If you don't know the brand, virtually any name brand 7x16 R1 tire should be of suitable diameter, and work fine.

I have a L275DT with 7 x 16 6ply on the front and 12.4 x 24 4ply on the rear, (this is how it came from the dealer new). Hydraulic pressure has been increased and I can lift over 1200lbs with the fel. For me, the 6ply front are doing great.

MagKarl,
If I'm reading your posts right, you would like to get the tractor back to the "exact" same tires that it originally came with, that's probably not going to happen, and why would you need or want it to be exact?
Kubota's are not collectable or antique, and your L245 is not going to be worth more with original tires, it might even be worth less. ;)

As far as use, newer style tires and treads offer better wear and traction than old tire designs. ;)

Nope, not me. I was just trying to help the OP by telling him what my manual says.

Mine is a well worn tool and has the looks to prove it.
