So my G2160 has a leaking valve stem. IDK how but I think after mowing the other night with a couple too many single malts I might have gotten it tangled on something.
Anyway fast as I put air in it comes out around it.
Think it's possible to get a new one and install without fully removing wheel and tire? Maybe just breaking the bead on one side?

Sure! Get a kit that lets you yank out the bad and push in a new one. Did this a couple times on my BX rears that corroded and leaked.

rubber pull through type or metal bolt on?

I would pull the wheel either way. might be a little difficult breaking the bead on a small machine depending how it's supported.

if it's a pull through you should be able to finagle a new stem through with a valve stem puller with just one bead broken. a threaded extension with a pair of pliers will work in a pinch.

if it's a bolt on it might be a little tight getting a hand in there. but if the wheel is off the machine, peeling one side to slide the tire down isn't difficult.

likely pull through. and without looking, gotta be a handful of utoobs to give you a better idea what the process looks like.

these tools are handy, ridges catch on the edge of the rim to help align for straight pull without slipping. a little tire lube or soap helps.

good luck! 🍻
