Plug under seat not plugged in..May be a safety switch.
The one in the seat.
It is designed so that If you are not in the seat when turning on pto it will stall.
So if it is bad it may be the culprit.
Ray.
I had the same problem with about 25 hours on a new L3301. Every time I hit the gas, it stalled. I was able to get it back to the barn by blipping the gas and moving a foot or two forward each time. In the barn, I found the seat front pivot shaft had slipped and this caused the seat flange to miss the safety switch. I doubt the cotter key for pivot shaft was ever installed. However, until I read this thread, I did not realize I probably had the PTO engaged too.I have a B2650 Kubota. When I engage the PTO tractor stalls. Is there sone kind of a sensor? It also will stall with nothing hooked up to it.
