Profile pic

I can't seem to find how to get my profile pic to show up on my posts. I am sure it is here somewhere so would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I downloaded a pic and it shows up on my profile.

Go to the "User CP", upper toolbar on the left side, then select Edit Avatar from that page. The signature and other options are there to.
