I'm trying to id the PB port on my m8200. Attached is a pic of the controller which I'm hoping to replace with a Summit valve b/c the bucket acts like a tilt a whirl ride. None of the ports on existing valve are labeled.
The side ports go to a block near the pump which has rigid lines running to the 3Pt controller. The open center port has a flex line running to the tank.
I have searched everywhere for Hyd info on the tractor. I think the joy stick valve is a Nimco.

thank-you

Have you removed the joystick?

Need better pics of the ends of the two hoses going to the underside of the tractor..

Need more info please. The full model number in your information would help. What model loader do you have?

I don't have a manual available, but that's ok.

The second picture shows the rear remote, it is provided connections off the 3ph cylinder housing. Do the 3ph and remote function properly?

I see something in the first picture that looks like a third function valve, maybe. Is that right?

This tractor didn't have a factory hydraulic block so that block in the last picture was teed into the pump discharge. The front hose with the shiny end off that block goes where? The other hose on that block provides power beyond to the rear remote and 3ph.

The second picture shows a tee with a plug and hose. I assume that's the filler plug and a tank return hose. Does the other end of that hose go to a port on the loader valve?

We need to know the hookup. Starting with that hose with the shiny end, where does the other end go? Describe the hose flow route, you can ignore the hoses that go to the loader cylinders.

There were several joystick lever hookups on those loaders, I'm not sure what I'm seeing in that first picture. Maybe another picture of what you've disconnected.

Please describe how the loader is acting. Hopefully your issue won't require a new valve. None of the affordable replacements have quite the functionality the original does.

I've done more 'research'. I suspect your loader is not a Kubota, correct? None of the LA1251 or LA1301 loaders which Tractordata shows for your tractor have a monoblock valve like yours. As you noted, it appears to be a Nimco.

I had nice notated pictures prepared, but the files are too large, so I'll use @North Idaho Wolfman's. I'm assuming you don't have a third function.
* The hose on the right side of the valve in your first picture goes to the P port on the hydraulic block.
* The hose on the left side of the valve in your picture goes to the PB port on the block. (Nimco calls this HPC high pressure carrythrough.) That small black fitting right next to the valve is the pressure beyond adapter.
* The open port on the left, facing the front, where I assume you've disconnected a hose, is the T tank connection. That hose should run from that port to the T on your fill port shown on your second picture.

Is this correct?

Thank-you all so much!
I have been trying deal with the TILT a WHIRL loader for several months. It's a WAG which way its gonna go so I got a Summit controller to replace it.
Thank you again

Did you get the power beyond adapter/fitting?

I have one from Summit to fit their P80G, its a larger fitting so I gotta get another hose made up, but thank you again.
I've been using either NAPA or Dixie Auto for hoses but at ~$100+ a hose it's making the $1K crimpers more reasonable.
I was considering taking the existing valve apart but most posts say leave it alone, get a new one.
Where do you get hyd hoses made up?

I don't know if it's practical to cut the old fitting off and have a new one crimped on your existing hose, but it may be worth trying.

Hose fabrication seems to be regional. There's a considerable investment in all those fittings. I bought my last hoses online at Discount Hydraulic Hose , and there are others. But the shipping cost for one hose can be an issue.

You can install an adapter fitting between the current hose and the new power beyond fitting and save at least $90 US.

Thank you.
Where can I get such adapter?
I'm kinda cornering the market on hoses/fittings.
The Summit adapter and port are MUCH larger than the existing fitting.
Again I appreciate help on this.

Here is a Summit valve. The PB and work ports are SAE-08 and the P and T ports are SAE-10. Hose end adapters run about $3-$10 each depending on what you need in terms of elbows vs straights vs swivels.

Post a couple pictures of your new valve on the loader and the old hoses that you are trying to match up.

I can make new custom hoses with the proper ends like the ones in this picture for half of what you are paying.

Your local hydraulic shop or on line. Summit probably has what you need, Discount Hydraulics Hose has what you need.

You probably need a JIC male and SAE male adapter like this (but I have no idea about what sizes you need). They come in straight, 45 degree and 90 degree versions.
