More then likely post the video on Youtube then post us here the link to that video.
Thats the way I post them on forums or to give more info on anything I have to sell.
You can upload to YT in one of 3 ways,Public for all to see,Only those with a link or only those with a link and a password.I use the second one for forums.

Youtube is very comfortable. If you have webspace, you can place the file there and show a link here. But it looks that youtube is the best tool.

Hope to see a lot of your video's!!

I'm pretty sure the forum is running Vbulletin.

It may be possible to enable the Youtube shortcut/icon.

A Youtube icon would appear on the "Post reply" page and you then copy and paste the actual name of the Youtube page (not the whole addy) between the tags and the video will be embedded in your post.

If you quote my post you'll see the formatting required to embed a video.
(Of course you'll have to load your video to Youtube first).

You need to copy the URL link from a video generally several letters and numbers and then you need to paste it into your thread and then you need to add what you see next before and after the youtube URL code type all caps YOUTUBE in between[] and at the end of the url with no spaces type /YOUTUBE in between []

This is an old school forum platform yet, almost all forums have an insert video link in the top of the box of options for new posts now days.

lol I can't type it out without it wanting to insert a nonexistent video.

Like Batteredsv posted just hit his message as a quote and look at how the video link looks, quite simple but would be easier to just update the sites options.
