I have a B2650 tractor with a rotary mower (Model RCK60-30BA). Last summer I was able to adjust the position control lever to exactly the height I wanted, i.e. 2 or 6 and the mower deck would adjust accordingly. This year, however, that's not the case. I either have all the way up or all the way down. For example: If I have the deck the entire way up and try to lower it to position 4, the mower deck won't move until I place the lever in position 1, and then it lowers the entire way down. What causes this?

I don't know for sure which of the linkages is out of whack, but I would suggest you get out the mower deck installation guide and go through each of the adjustments that it describes and see if you can spot a mistake.
