Didn't know those existed, but totally worth it. Gas cans are always getting a little water or debris in them. I'll pick up a diesel and gas one. Thanks for the idea
All you need is one. You can use it for gas and diesel. Just know that there will be some fuel (an ounce or so) in the bottom of the funnel that you will need to dispose of how you see fit.

My Kubota has a filter-screen RIGHT UNDER THE CAP WHERE I POUR THE FUEL IN . It catches anything which would not pass through a fine-mesh screen.

Are you suggesting your Tractor does not have this filler-screen?

I bought a coffee, tea stainless steel filter from eBay. I fits perfectly and will stop anything from getting in the fuel tank. They are only about $10.

Bota products makes a drop in screen for the fuel tank.. I also use a plastic funnel with a fine screen in its neck, when filling fuel into my tractor.
