Looking for old b7100 hood latch.

I too am looking for one - I had to end up making one, found a spring and a piece of rod - had fun beating the hell out of that rod to get it to bend where I needed it to be - drill a hole and presto.

Only problem on my home made one - spring has a little more getty-up than the OEM - best grab it with a firm hand!

I did not want to pay some $50 buck or so for one (with shipping)

Agreed, simple to make. A bit of heat from a torch would be in order to help bending.
