one option..
remove head, pour 50/50 mix of ATF/ acetone into cylinders, walk away, next day, top up the cylinders, repeat for a week or two.
the day you DON"T see any 50/50...THEN try to MANUALLY turn the engine a bit, back and forth, adding more 50/50. If it's stiff, wait another day.
the key is to have PATIENCE !
Did this for my first D-14 ( gas ) ,sat 20+ years, it took 2 weeks, once free, she started tad rough, calmed down, been running GREAT for the past 25 years.

Likely that the valves are stuck. The penetrating oil may not reach the valve stems and some disassembly may be required.

I believe that engine has a decompression system that allows the engine to crank easily. That may be the issue (if you are lucky).
See the parts diagram below and look at the front of the valve cover (green highlight) for a lever (yellow highlight). There should be a cable running from the lever to the dash to a pull/push knob. Move the lever and see if it moves freely, if not then shoot some penetrating oil on the rod that enters the valve cover to get it moving well. Push the ever all the way towards where the spring would pull it (clockwise from sitting in the seat (I think).
If you removed the valve cover then this is not the problem.

All the above info is great... But it's more than likely not going to do much for you.
You are more than likely going to need to do a engine rebuild to get the compression numbers up to spec.

My thoughts exactly tried the 50/50 didn’t help the two cylinders would be empty the next day
